Yes, only $500 down to secure your event date and remaining balance in monthly payments. Example, if your event is only 12 months away, then you’ll have 12 monthly payments. For lower monthly payments, we do offer great plans.

Who provides Beer, Wine or Liquor?
Rancho la Mission does NOT have a Beer, Wine or Liquor license; therefore, it’s FREE at no charge when you bring to premises all Alcoholic beverages which must be MANDATORY & IMMEDIATELY delivered to the Rancho la Mission bar were a TABC licensed bartender will monitor & serve all alcoholic beverages. You & your guest will save lots of money.
Do you provide the catering or can we bring our own caterer?
Rancho la Mission provides a preferred 3rd party caterer for most events however y’all are welcome to bring any outside caterer (Must be Insured). If you prefer a family BBQ style, just need to sign a waiver which releases Rancho la Mission of any liability.
Do you provide menu tasting?
Yes we hold 2 to 3 open house tasting throughout the year for our potential & booked clients. To be on the list, please contact us.
What happens if it rains?
If you booked event for outdoors and rain is inevitable, you are welcome to upgrade for covered indoor option, if available. Please contact us in-person for details.
Where can my guests park?
No worries, Rancho la Mission has a FREE designated parking.
Handicap access or friendly?
Yes, we have handicap friendly areas including handicap drop off zones. Handicap parking available.
Are Tables, Chairs & Linens included?
Yes! tables, chairs & linens are included in selected packages. If you choose a Do It Yourself (DIY) package, then it’s not included.
Can decorations be set the night before event?
Depends on what package you select. Our All-Inclusive packages include a turn-key service which include setting up decorations. If your package is not an all-inclusive, then yes you are allowed to set up decorations the night before (depends on availablity).
Are candles / open flames allowed?
Yes outdoor only & must be inside a container to control any fires or wax overflow. For indoor events, must be battery operated candles.
Is Security Included?
Yes. For all events, Rancho la Mission hires 3rd-party Bexar county constables that come fully uniformed & ready to protect and serve.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes we offer some discounts; Military, Fireman, EMS and Police duty discounts. In addition, Military Retired and Veteran discounts too. Last but not least, during the ititial signing, if you decide to pay your event in full instead of monthly payments; a discount will apply.
Do y'all have an event/wedding room for bride or special host? Is it free?
Yes Rancho la Mission has a bridal/groom suite or Special host suite available at no cost to you. Yes, its FREE and included in some event packages.
Is an event/wedding planner included?
Depends on what package is selected. If you choose a package that includes event or wedding planner, then YES a 3rd-party Event Planner is included. The planner will help create your overall theme, help plan, coordinate day of event, produce event itinary and most important be your friend. Makes planning an event much stress-free indeed.
Do you accept barter?
Yes! We can exchange goods or services for other goods or services without using real money. Here are some examples; vehicle & title, skilled trades, or just about anything that is worth value. Rancho la Mission is always willing to work with yall. Don’t be shy, contact us today. 🙂
